She went above and beyond in every way, pouring her kindness and knowledge into making sure I felt safe, seen, and genuinely welcomed. Her passion and expertise shone through in every interaction, illuminating the space with warmth and genuine care. Thanks to her, I felt my confidence blossom—I found myself stepping out of my shell, realizing I wasn’t alone. She took the time to truly get to know me, transforming the gym from a place that once felt intimidating into a sanctuary where I could thrive. Zany isn’t just a part of that place; she’s the heart and soul of it, and I’ll forever be grateful for her compassion and unwavering support.

  Zany was BEYOND fabulous!! So kind and showed genuine interest in me, my goals and what I was after. She had extensive knowledge of facilities, classes, products etc, and it absolutely did not feel like a sales pitch - she is the PERFECT ambassador for David Lloyd and you should feel incredibly lucky to have her!!!

  Had a really lovely experience with the girls at Kings Hill. Chloe helped me a lot to find the right package for me and had the patience to talk me through what options would best work for me without sounding salesy. Can’t wait to come back later in the week and get this all started.

  A genuinely brilliant welcome from Zany and Jaime at David Lloyd Kings Hill. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome - smiles, laughs and even a couple of friendly hugs! What I particularly appreciated was that it never felt overly salesy. They took the time to get to know me, asked about my current lifestyle and what I was hoping to improve, and then talked me through the membership options in a way that actually felt relevant to me. They also gave me a great tour of the facilities and created such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere throughout. It felt less like being sold a gym membership and more like being welcomed into a club. A fantastic first impression - thank you, Zany and Jaime!

  I had a tour of David Lloyd today with Jaime and was really impressed from start to finish. Jaime was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable about the club and everything it has to offer. Nothing felt rushed or like a hard sell, and I came away with a really clear understanding of the benefits of membership. I’ve viewed a handful of gyms in the area, but David Lloyd really stood out as offering the full package. For me as an adult, there’s everything I’m looking for, somewhere to get fit, socialise, relax and make use of the spa facilities. But what really sets it apart for me is what’s available for my toddler too. There are so many activities that can support her development and give her opportunities to socialise, alongside the crèche which means we can both enjoy the club. The combination of the facilities, activities, family offering and overall experience, particularly at such an attractive price…made the decision an easy one. Jaime was a huge part of that experience, so thank you for being so welcoming and informative. You’ve found yourself a new member! 😊
