Three weeks after paying in advance for new lenses for existing frames - which should take no more than two weeks and multiple phone calls to them, I have now been told they can't do the work because the frames are of a type the workshop won't touch. This despite checking with them before making the purchase. They won;t even return the frames by post or refund me remotely (despite using google pay). Nor can they give me date when the frames will be returned. So nearly a month out of pocket, nothing to show and an incompetent mess and people who won;t take any responsibility or even try to fix the issue. Avoid if you can. They aren't cheap and their service sucks
