  Having been to urgent care with a suspected infection from a tick bite (sent from pharmacy as they couldn't prescribe the antibiotics needed) I went to Tesco pharmacy to grab my prescription. It was 8.20pm they close at 9. The lady who served me was lovely and asked if I could wait 20mins to which I agreed. However her colleague shouted over the counter I would need to return the next day as they had 2 big orders to deal with. I stated the rash was travelling down my leg and was advised to get the prescription immediately so I wouldn't return the next day I would wait the 20mins. When I went back I got talking to a lady and her daughter waiting for their prescription. The colleague came over and told us to keep our noise down. We weren't being noisy we were having a general calm conversation as we had seen each other at urgent care. Very rude and unprofessional. Thankyou to the kind staff member who kindly dispensed my prescription before they closed shame the colleague couldn't behave in such a nice manner.

  I called 5 times and after every 5 ring my call is being ended by someone operating today 5th of march, 2022...whoever is working there by this day, pls if you can't do your job, quit it, I'm sure there is someone else who can. Because pharmacist serves people not ignore them. Busy isn't an answer if you wanna do your job well else you can't do the job. Such incompetency.. And poor service.
