  My partner always uses the John Lewis options at Bluewater about 6 months ego he purchased new glasses from them and he always sed he would like same frames as a sunglasses he pays around 300£ and at that time John Lewis had 25% offer on . So I popped there yesterday thinking I’m gonna suprise him and treat him with new sunglasses I spoken at the tills with 2 lovely assistants they wear really nice and very helpful they sed we got your partner on the system we can sort everything out for you I was like perfect I asked how much would that cost and they told me 640£ I was like are you sure he already got pair from here not that long ego and was only 300£ and she sed this is not John Lewis no more it’s now David Cluow !! I could not afford to pay 640£ so I went to boots option they had offer going on 25% off I bought same frames same lenses for 195£

  This place has good equipment for eye examinations. Although you may not find a wide variety of glasses styles, they do have some good products available. In terms of pricing, they are not the most competitive, but you can still find a few reasonable options. The person in charge of the eye tests was excellent in terms of friendliness and service. They take their time to examine, explain everything clearly, and ensure you are well attended to. However, the weak point is the shop floor staff. I spent around 20 minutes browsing the glasses, and no one took the time to greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I could have purchased any model, but due to the lack of customer service, I did not feel comfortable doing so. They come across as quite rude. Even though I am on holiday, I had to return to request my glasses prescription because it was not sent to me. I am still waiting for it. I should have asked for a printed copy, otherwise they would not have provided it. Honestly, I would not return to this place. There are other shops in the same shopping centre with much better customer service. In the end, you are not only paying for the glasses but also for a good experience. Price would not be an issue if the service matched expectations.
