  Eye test and new glasses. Optometrist was very good and professional, and the assistant afterwards to sort the glasses was also very good, friendly and helpful. Glasses came nearly a week before they were due. Overall, great service. Would recommend.

  Although there were initial delays in seeing the eye doctor due to a mix-up in my appointment, they were very professional and thorough with the examination. I left very satisfied and fulfilled.

  The gentleman who did the initial basic testing was polite and helpful. The Optician was brilliant he listened and explained everything thoroughly as I have been having some health issues and he gave reassurance about my sight, I was pleased with the outcome of my appointment. When I went out to the front of the shop I felt that the lady Louise was rather pushy, she initially introduced herself and I said I would be calling my daughter to help me decide what frames suited me best. She said ok but then kept coming up and standing next to me and asking if I had decided, this was every few minutes, I said I hadn’t and that I didn’t want to hold her up so she could help other customers but she said that’s fine but then continued to come up and stand by me even though I was on a telephone call, she still stood there in the end I hung up from my call. When trying to decide whether to buy outright or pay monthly she was quite impatient and I noticed she was sighing a lot, again I apologised, it wasn’t until I explained I am being assessed for Dementia at this point her customer service skills improved. I wanted the right glasses that suited me and didn’t want to be rushed so my time in the shop after my eye exam wasn’t very nice hence my star rating. For the First Gentleman and the Optician I give 4 stars

  I am a long term customer, I had my eye test in the Bluewater store…. The member of staff doing the pre test walked off with my glasses (I am incredibly short sighted), I was left in the little room with the door open while the staff argued about weather or not I needed an eye test……. Had a panic attack as I suffer from anxiety. Ordered glasses the next day…… they should have been delivered last week, the frame got broken…… 3 weeks still no glasses They very rarely answer their phone, I was in the store for over an hour…. The phone was constantly ringing with staff rarely answering it.
