  Tesco pharmacy in Gillingham, Kent. My Dad who’s in his 80s - has had three visits so far this month To collect the bits on his prescription. Three visits later and it’s still not completely filled! Friday, when they were missing bits, they said come back Monday afternoon we’ve done that and there are still bits missing ! Same each month! He doesn’t drive so that’s three taxis there and back! &he has to go back tomorrow & at least once more! He needs the items on his prescription, hence why he takes them. They say they will send him a text to let him know if the bits are in, but not once have they ever actually done that. This is costing him a fortune in taxis and getting him unnecessarily stressed. Surely if a prescription is sent to you in plenty of time, it should be a rare occasion not to be able to fill it, But it seems it is the norm. He was left, stood there for over half an hour today while the staff were looking for The items that they said last Friday they would order, But hadn’t!

  Tesco Rainham pharmacy is dreadful. It took 4 attempts over 2 days to get my antibiotics. Being told to come back in 45 minutes twice plus 4 lots of queueing. Also I was told an untruth by a member of their staff who would, in my opinion, benefit from a customer service course. Shocking how when you are feeling so ill you are faced with so many challenges & rudeness. Time to go somewhere else.

  Waste of time took ages to find the email they said they didn’t have all the items very rude staff then tried to charge me when I have a prepaid card said because it was a emergency prescription it’s not covered by prepaid card I called back 111 they said they shouldn’t be charging extra sent my prescription to woodlands instead i went there picked up all the items no charge as pre payment was fine to use on emergency prescriptions

  Sometimes this pharmacy can get so busy! But the staff is amazing! All of them are just super nice and very friendly!
