Reyansh has been in Level 5 for 14 months, which is significantly longer than the expected progression time. I understand his regular teacher was recently on holiday and replaced by a substitute, so I am concerned that his progress is not being consistently tracked.( his original teacher is back now) During the summer break, I personally ensured that Reyansh practiced his strokes in lane swimming with his friends who are in higher level so that they could provide him with feedback. He is currently feeling demotivated by the lack of advancement after 14 months in the same level. Could you please look into his progress and provide an update on what is required for him to move up to the next level?
