  Although I am a member of the gym, they have issued me tickets for parking there. I have provided my member number and still I had to pay.i am going to change my gym.

  I have mixed feelings about this place: front desk need much training, or even better, getting rid off. Only one of the ladies was kind enough to show us how to add our car details to the system, the other couldn't be bothered to move and kept on giving everyone dirty looks. The rest of the staff are very similar. I am not sure why this company doesn't seem to care about how their staff behaves, but it is very shocking to see.

  Was loving swimming there with my 7 year old daughter but they seem to let people with difficulties in the pool at the same time my daughter was kicked in the face having a shower after swimming 😩 i have an autistic son myself but that behaviour was disrespectful disgusting

  Good gym and staff , gym can be unstable though due to lack of machines and no clear u16/18 ban of people who have no idea what they’re doing and taking 50 years on the machines

  The girl working the reception on the evening of the 29/05/26 had no customer service skills. We had previously been told that we could attend swimming at any time so prepared for an evening swim. When we attended we were told that lessons were going on and therefore could not swim. I asked whether there were any other times we should be mindful of, and she put a timetable in front of us. No explanation of the terms, or any apologies about the confusion. Me and my partner then had to fish out answers from her about when exactly we could attend for one off swimming sessions. She was not willing to offer any response unless we specifically asked, and even then she gave us contradictory responses. This interaction put a sour taste in my mouth, and therefore I won’t be interested in swimming at this venue anymore.
