- SWSarah WesternJul 30, 20265.0I honestly can't thank Adam enough for what he did for my uncle today. From the moment we arrived, the appointment ran on time and Adam was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything without ever making my uncle feel rushed or embarrassed. I came expecting an assessment and assumed we'd have to wait at least a week for hearing aids, so I was amazed when my uncle walked out wearing them the very same day. For so long, my uncle has been left sitting quietly on the edge of conversations because he simply couldn't hear. Watching him hear properly again today was incredibly emotional. Something that many people take for granted has been given back to him, and I know this will make such a huge difference to his everyday life and his confidence. I was also expecting the cost to be at least three times what it was, so the value was another wonderful surprise. Adam hasn't just fitted hearing aids today – he's helped give my uncle back a part of his life and mine. We are so grateful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
