  Went in for a contact lense appointment and the man who was doing it was absolutely amazing. Was so attentive and really helped me when one of my contact lenses wouldn't go back in after having dye in my eyes.

  Bought an expensive pair of Oakley glasses following an eye test and returned a few years later as the lenses had fallen out. I expected to pay to have them put back in. The woman on reception said it could not be done so basically put them in the bin. Took them to Moores on Broadstairs high street and they were put back in within 6 minutes free of charge!! Will never use Vision Express again, disgraceful lazy customer service.

  Staff are so friendly and accommodating, but since the new refit it’s not as roomy, not easily accessible now for wheelchair users, took my grandsons there today both wheelchair users and struggled with them,

  I always have a great experience at Vision Express. The team are consistently friendly, helpful and treat me with genuine respect. They really do go above and beyond to help everyone, which makes such a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Just returned from visit to the opticians vision express at Westwood cross. The optician was lovely although I didn’t get her name but the young lady Klaudia who helped me with the purchasing of my new glasses was exceptional !! She was so helpful choosing my glasses as I had no idea what suited me. So happy, professional but funny too! She also worked out the best option for me to purchase my glasses within my budget and how to get the best out of the offers. Thanks Klaudia
