Shocking experience, not just once but every time. Long waits, missing items, incorrect information given

Recently (10.04.2026) requested an appointment with my GP for an on-going chest complaint+. The response from Klinic was that I needed a same day assessment...but appointments were over 10 days away. Rather than go to the advised Urgent Treatment Centre I visted the Tesco Crooksfoot Pharmacy. Thankfully it wasn't busy but the pharmacist (Catherine??) saw me straight away, listened and provided advice and, ultimately, medication. Although it didn't clear the whole issue I was quickly considerably better. Great to actually talk to someone. Thanks!!

Always friendly and professional. Can be busy at times but you will be seen. Only once did I need to get my meds elsewhere during a national stock shortage.

Often several people waiting that can lead to 15+ minute delays, which can be irritating, but the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd prefer if they added a second 'cashier' at all times, so that it wasn't a single service point which is what causes a lot of the delays.
