- IFIssabelle FaulknerAug 14, 20261.0I would honestly not even give it a 1 star. They never have any of my medication which I have to get monthly for the rest of my life!. I ordered it 2 weeks ago I got to collect it and its not in stock nor have they ordered it. This pharmacy is DISGUSTING its the worst one in Ashford by far. The staff are snappy and you can literally hear then huffing at customers.

Got a text saying the prescription was ready, so made a special trip to pick them up only to be told that half the pills are not in and I would have to come back another day when they are! I asked the person on duty when I eventually got served why send out a text saying it was ready when it obviously wasn’t, she completely ignored my question and did not speak anymore! I have now changed my pharmacy to a more reliable one! My impression is that they don’t care about anyone else but themselves so best avoided at all cost especially if you want a decent service!
- GHGrace HoltumJun 17, 20261.0cancelled my blood pressure test without notice until I got there because apparently had a staff meeting in the area of the test. Therefore I was not able to get my prescription at all. Offered me a later time and explained that I might just about make it as I was busy and then when i got there 5 minutes early I was refused a test and also told I could not get an emergency prescription. Useless!!

I didn't understand the logic of that process. Seriously slow service
