    I ordered my medication from the doctors on Wednesday and it was authorised on Thursday. I went today ,Sunday and it was not ready. The assistant would not draw it down from the EPS cloud even though it was ready to dispense. I was told that I had to order the medication at least 7 days in advance and they would not do it today as they were too busy. I have to go back tomorrow. Bear in mind i told her that I did not have any left. I work in GP land and know that the prescription just had to be downloaded . The doctors will not let me order medication too far in advance ( more that 4 days).

    A couple of rude staff who quite frankly need customer service training, what has happened to the customer is always right? What was said was not the issue it was how they said it and there body language, was actually more or less stood arguing with me. And the looks..: discusting attitude. What happened to remaining professional, yesterday was the complete opposite!

    Appalling service. Always a long queue. Prescriptions never ready. Staff have no urgency and are miserable and ignorant. It is like watching time stand still whilst they look for your prescription to then tell you it’s not ready. I wonder why that is.
