  If you want a club that has family set up amenities for a family club with lovely trainers, class teachers and DL kids staff it’s great - and that’s the only reason why I’ve given starts. Other than that the management and running of this club are terrible. There are constantly things that aren’t working like the app, emails that aren’t responded to for weeks and the amounts I’m charged each month are constantly wrong and when I follow up it takes weeks for refunds and responses. Also reception never answers the phone. For the amount we’re charged it’s disappointing and given there’s no other clubs with a decent family set up, they can get away with it.

  Is anyone else having issues with the David Lloyd app today? I'm getting a "No Internet Access" error despite having tried Wi‑Fi, mobile data, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and other troubleshooting steps. My main frustration is that the website doesn't appear to offer the same functionality / help access as the app. If the app goes down, members should still be able to access bookings and account features through a browser.

  My son and I joined David Lloyd early this year and Mitchell helped us with the tour of this club and onboarding. We really enjoy our time at gym, Playing sports and spa. My wife joined recently and Ali helped us with processing of the membership and also helping us to set up the digital cards on our Apple phones and watches. He is a thorough professional at his job and a real asset to the club. Thank you!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic club! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly and professional. The facilities are excellent and there’s a great range of equipment and activities, so there really is something for everyone. The gym is spacious and well equipped, the classes are brilliant, and the whole club is kept to a very high standard. The staff are always friendly, helpful and approachable, which makes a big difference. What I particularly like is that it feels like much more than just a gym — it’s a place where you actually enjoy spending time. Whether you’re there for a workout, a class, a swim or just to unwind, the facilities and atmosphere are fantastic. I’ve been really impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend David Lloyd to anyone looking for a premium gym and health club. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
