  I absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes such a difference. A special mention to Tracy, the personal trainer, who has been incredibly supportive and motivating, and Imogen in sales, who has also been brilliant from the start. Their encouragement and positivity really stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to train!

  Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk and manager (Tala). I visited the club to bring guests, but the staff initially couldn’t even find my details on their system. After acknowledging there seemed to be an issue with the system, I was then told my previously arranged guest visit wasn’t on record and my guests would not be allowed in. Rather than trying to resolve the problem, the front desk staff were dismissive and rude throughout. When I politely questioned the situation and tried to explain that the booking had already been made, the conversation immediately became confrontational. What shocked me most was the manager, Tala, who responded by threatening me with suspension simply because I was asking for an explanation. That is completely unacceptable customer service. A manager should de-escalate situations and help find a solution, not intimidate paying members. The facilities themselves are good, but they’re overshadowed by the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disrespect shown by the reception team and management. I left feeling extremely disappointed. I sincerely hope David Lloyd addresses the customer service standards at this club, because members deserve to be treated with respect when issues arise.

  My partner and I toured the club last week and had an amazing experience. Mitchell was a fantastic tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and a real credit to the club. He showed us around the incredible facilities and made us feel so welcome. We were so impressed that we signed up that same evening. The amenities are outstanding, with the spa being the standout feature. Joining has already motivated me to push harder towards my fitness and wellbeing goals. We honestly can’t believe we didn’t sign up sooner.

  I recently visited David Lloyd Bushey for a tour, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and incredibly modern.A special shout out to Mitchell, who gave me a tour of the club. He was absolutely amazing! Mitchell was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me everything the club has to offer and made the entire experience thoroughly pleasant and stress-free. His great energy really highlights the premium service here. If you are thinking of joining, I highly recommend booking a visit—and definitely ask for Mitchell!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Hannah! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the whole membership process at David Lloyd Bushey. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and helped me settle in straight away. The sign-up process was quick, easy, and stress-free thanks to her support and clear explanations.
