  I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ali for all his help and support during my visit. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful, which made the entire experience very positive. Ali took the time to show me around the facilities, explain everything clearly, and patiently answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and approachable throughout, and I appreciated how thoroughly he explained the membership options and the services available. He also made the membership process straightforward and efficient, ensuring everything was set up quickly and without any unnecessary complications. I would highly recommend David Lloyd to anyone considering membership, and I would especially recommend speaking with Ali if you are new to the club. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a significant difference to my experience. Thank you, Ali, for your time and excellent customer service.

  Michael provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, polite, and really attentive to what was needed. Communication was great, and you could tell he genuinely cared. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. Thank you once again!

  My daughter and I decided to join the David Lloyd and met with Stephan at Bushey. We were really impressed with Stephan’s knowledge of the David Lloyd as a group of clubs and really appreciated the amount of time he spent with us showing us around and made sure we had all the information we needed. We were also impressed with the facilities at the club and can’t wait to get started on our fitness journey.

  We joined as a family of four at the beginning of August after a fantastic tour with Stefan. He showed us the excellent facilities and answered all of our questions clearly and informatively. Since joining, we have really enjoyed the wide range of classes, racquet courts, gym and spa facilities. Every experience has been excellent. We have used many gyms in the past, but this is the first one that genuinely makes us look forward to going. There is so much variety for all of us to enjoy as a family.

  UPDATE: This is a general review for David Lloyd so everyone is aware. Please do NOT join this gym if you are pregnant. I joined the gym (visibly) 4-5 months pregnant and made my intentions and plans super clear upon joining that I would of course need to pause my membership once I had the baby. Now 7 months post baby and I will reflect on the terrible experiences I have had since 1. The class teachers were ill prepared to adapt my training as if never worked with pregnant women before. When I was a member at Third space this was the first thing asked. I had to go up to DL teachers and show my bump and was never guided through workouts. Adapting myself. Worst still a big thing for me was reformer Pilates as that’s what I would do mostly at TS. The first Pilates class I was made to stand and watch everyone and refused to use the equipment as they didn’t have the wedges or “correct insurance” waste of my time 2. This is the most problematic issue I have. I joined with my husband on a couples package. Mine paused my husband’s did not (we were told he could not pause btw). Now since our membership is no longer in sync when his ends mine will INCREASE BY 70% I am being penalised for having paused for having a baby?! No one with any sense wants to address this for me. Just be aware - we’ve been going back and forth for months and every response is unhelpful and from Someone new with zero context. Warning all pregnant women third space treats us with more dignity it’s a shame there isn’t one nearby I’ve hated this experience so much and regret it every day (whilst paying £300+/month) ———- Whilst this is a nice gym - if you can just go to the gym and leave fine. The operations and management is shambolic and unacceptable for the amount of money we pay. I’ve had issues with their online payment since joining, and have had to navigate this almost every month, with a new born I just don’t have the mental space for it. We then have had harassing emails from a debt collector! Despite 1. Not being in arrears 2. Multiple evidence of online payments 3. Literally no one responds to emails Icing on the cake, went to reformer class (which I can pay in the app) and the teacher didn’t show up, 20 mins waiting outside the door until I went and asked someone to contact reception- I paid for a babysitter and took 20min drive there, only to be offered a hot drink and refund (which ive seen no sight of) - the lady said the Program manager would email- as usual nothing. Im just confused what they are so busy doing? Surely customer service and timely communication should be up there, we pay £300+ a month. We are extremely fed up
