  Optometrist Farah provides a very thorough and first class service. Always very friendly and thorough. We then spoke with Jack to purchase some new glasses who also gave a first class sales service and very friendly with good customer service qualities. We have been going to David Clullows for approx 25 - 30 years, have always been pleased with their service and wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Really appreciated that I bought my Ray-Ban Meta glasses from David Clulow. I was having some issues while talking with Meta, so I went back to the store and explained that I wasn’t satisfied. They said “no worries” and replaced the glasses straight away. Now everything is working perfectly. Thanks a lot for the excellent customer service.

  The eye test was extremely thorough and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. The team took their time helping me choose frames that actually suited me instead of pushing the most expensive options. Their customer service felt much more personal and attentive.

  Amazing experience and store manager Tina is very friendly. Also what really makes David Clulow stand out for me is the balance between expert eye care and premium customer service. Unlike some larger chains where appointments can feel rushed and impersonal, the Watford team made me feel valued and looked after from start to finish. The store also has a much better selection of designer frames and higher-quality lenses than many other local opticians.

  Had a great experience- the store is spotless, the manager and staff were super welcoming, and the service felt much more personal than other opticians I’ve been to. They’ve got a great selection too, especially Prada and Ray-Bans. Highly recommend – 10/10!
