The pharmacist should arrive in time in the morning as the attendants can't give any prescription to patients if he/she is not there!

I ordered an emergency prescription as i left mine at home, i am 40 miles away. No it’s not that far but i couldn’t get there I spoke to 111 and they asked me to go here i rung to see if they have it in stock and the gentleman was very professional with helping me and informed me they do have it in stock. The phone should have rung up but it didn’t and to my surprise i heard an older lady start slagging me off saying why haven’t i got my meds? Also only realising late why have i left it until 30 mins before they closed to ring? ( maybe because i only just noticed ) i went there to pick up my meds and asked the lady why she was so upset i wanted emergency meds also why she slagged me off and to my surprise she tried manipulating me and saying she cared that i didn’t have meds. She had forgot i heard the tone in her voice on the phone which was very snappy and patronising. I won’t be going here again.

Awful, unhelpful no compassion. Kept me waiting without asking relevant important questions whilst trying to use the pharmacy first service , so couldn’t even help me in the end- wouldn’t of been a problem if she asked straight away before making me wait. I was in pain and barely made it there and to be left waiting like that because she didn’t ask 1 question to begin with . Go to the Hertford branch instead if you can, they are so much quicker and are considerably more friendly
