  All my prescriptions were sent over to the on the same day, a week later I get a text saying they are ready to collect, when I get there only my pills are ready, they hadn't even ordered my insulin or sensors, as a type 1 diabetic I am dependent on insulin to live, when I queried why it was not ready I was told they had only received the insulin prescription that morning, so showed her on the NHS app they got the insulin prescription a week ago, so i then asked when would I be able to collect the insulin and she stsrted yelling at me that I would get it when they text me to tell me it was ready! I told her she was rude and I walked away, she was still yelling at me as I walked away Tesco take no repsonsibility for pharmacy staff and you cannot make a complaint to tesco about the pharmacy so I made my complaint to the general pharmaceutical council and have changed my nominated pharmacy. This pharmacy employs rude staff and take an absolute age to prepare prescriptions, seem to spend most of their time gossiping out the back while the queue at the desk gets longer and longer, completely unprofessional.

  I had a really positive experience at the pharmacy thanks to Anne. I was looking for a specific deodorant on the shop floor, and she was incredibly patient and kind while helping me. She took the time to locate it and even walked me over to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her level of care and attention made a big difference, truly excellent customer service.

  Is it possible to give half a star? Went today (14th Mar at 12pm) to buy chloramphenicol eye drops for my 7 year old who woke up with a sticky eye. Lady at the till said "warm compress" nothing else. Didn't explain anything, just "warm compress". I figured what she meant but I said I still want to buy a bottle coz last time they were out of stock and if it gets worse, I rather have a bottle at home. She goes to the back without saying anything to me and then out comes the pharmacist who asks, how can I help?. I tell him the same thing and how I want to buy a bottle of chloramphenicol eye drops and he tells the lady, it's ok. She reluctantly sells me a bottle and that was it - no expression, no acknowledgement to my explanation as to why I still wanted a bottle despite her "warm compress" information. Very bad customer service. If it wasn't for convenience, I would definitely go somewhere else.

  Really bad experience. Staff were very rude and they never have your repeat prescription ready when they say. I have now moved as a result. Awful pharmacy

  Really unprofessional and rude. Have been getting my elderly mum's medication there for over a year but the service has deteriorated during the last few months. Missed medication, delays, wrong information and the list goes on. Really disappointing experience and have had no choice but to move. Hope the new manager due to start next week improves the service, certainly a lot to sort out.
