Really great service, friendly and professional staff. (Both the optician and the optical assistant I had.) Jessica was very helpful with helping me choose my new glasses. Would definitely recommend this branch in particular, vision express in general over Specsavers.

Mohammad was great and very detailed when having the eye test. The whole process was excellent and left the store very satisfied. Overall, it was a 5 star service.

A visit to Stevenage branch is like a visit to Moorfields Eye Hospital. The professional standards are easily compatible to Moorfields. You leave, following your eye test knowing that you have had a thorough eye examination. Well done Ash and Staff.
