  I approached a member of staff and politely asked if they could check my blood pressure. I was quite surprised when I was told that they “don’t do blood pressure checks.” I explained that the last time I collected my blood pressure medication, another member of staff actually offered to check my blood pressure since I take these tablets regularly. The staff member then told me that there were only two staff members working and that nobody was available to check it. What made the situation disappointing was that the pharmacy was completely quiet at the time — there were no customers waiting and nobody buying medication. As someone who takes regular blood pressure medication, I was simply hoping for a quick check, especially since it had been offered before. The interaction left me feeling quite dismissed and unsupported. It is disheartening when a simple health check that could take only a minute is refused, particularly when the pharmacy did not appear to be busy.

  Called to enquire about medication, as I had not received a text message informing me it was ready for collection. Initially I was asked to hold. On returning to the call the gentleman informed me that they were busy, and asked if I had two legs why I couldn’t attend in person to make my enquiry. Utterly disgusted in the service offered. I strongly recommend taking your custom elsewhere, they will be loosing both our pharmacy and grocery custom to boot.

  I had to make an urgent visit this morning for a personal matter. I was served by Maggie, who was helpful, friendly, polite and non-judgemental. I can highly recommend this pharmacy and its staff!
