  I would highly recommend Martin Tang as a personal trainer. He is dedicated, friendly, professional, and very flexible with the training requirements. One day, while I was training by myself on the gym floor, Martin kindly came over and showed me an exercise for a few minutes, even though it was not part of a paid PT session. I really appreciated his support and commitment. In just two months of training with him, my muscle mass increased and my body fat decreased, which has been very motivating. He is also reliable and very good with communication. As Martin is a professional martial arts trainer, he introduced me to boxing, which was an amazing experience and something I really enjoyed. This has been my best PT experience so far. Thank you, Martin! Akshaya

  Had a great tour of the gym with Maria today. From the moment my brother and I arrived, she made us feel really welcome and at ease. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show us around all the facilities. She explained everything clearly, including the membership options, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The gym was clean, well-equipped and had a great atmosphere. Maria’s enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Maria, for taking the time to show us around – we left feeling impressed and excited to start our fitness journey!

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and professionalism from this club. I raised concerns about changes to my morning class and was assured by a staff member that my points had been escalated to the General Manager — yet more than two weeks later, I have still heard nothing. I gave every opportunity for this to be resolved. I raised things through the proper channels, engaged openly in conversation, and kept the door open for communication at every stage. Despite this, my concerns have been completely ignored. It is deeply disappointing when a business asks you to trust their process and then fails to follow through. I sincerely hope other members are treated with more care and respect than I have been.
