The staff were attentive, polite and properly on the ball, taking time to explain the options without making me feel rushed. My prescription was sorted with care, and the frame selection had a decent spread from sensible to a bit more stylish. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that I had to wait a touch longer than expected, but it was worth it in the end. For anyone needing an eye test or new specs, they’re a very reliable shout.

Far too strong I couldn’t use the glasses I had to have my eyes retested privately. A totally different prescription was given with no need for a change at all. I visited Hitchin Vision express on the 16th April . I have been a customer for some time. I will not be using vision express ever again since I have lost confidence in their ability to provide an accurate valid and reliable serve not good at all

She was absolutely brilliant, she referred me to the hospital where I got an appointment the following day. I was diagnosed with Iritis, which is what Mandip had suspected. She then called me 3 days later to see how I had got on, which was really unexpected and very much appreciated. We have used Vision Express for several years now, they have always been really good but this was over and above and would highly recommend them and eve better if you get to be seen by Mandip
