- CHChristine Harding6 days ago5.0I received exceptional treatment at Vision Express Hemel Hempstead after I lost my glasses. After a thorough eye examination on Saturday new lenses were ordered and glasses were ready to collect on Monday. Many thanks to all concerned
- CHCharlie HooperMay 9, 20261.0Had an appointment booked for 16.30 got called during the day to see if it can be changed for 15.00 which was no problem, I answered whilst at work. Once I arrived I heard colleagues at the vision express store talking about me saying "yeah you know that one that sounded really wierd on the phone" giggling not knowing that i was sat there listening to the whole conversation, i wasnt wierd on the phone at all not an ideal customer service experience to me.

I’ve never experienced such a long process for an eye test and ordering glasses. The eye test itself was excellent—the optometrist was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. However, the experience afterward was frustrating. When I went to order the glasses I had already chosen prior to my appointment, it took almost 30 minutes just to receive a price, let alone complete the order. Overall, the service at this stage was very slow and disappointing.
