- MNMarta Negoita1 day ago4.0It is true that the test is thorough, however, it did feel like a lot of pressure was put on me to go for the most expensive lenses. When I kept my ground, the staff presented as frustrated and with some sense of aggressiveness in his speach. Very unprofessional.
- GSGlen SapsfordSep 27, 20265.0Very professional. Great service.
- PMPatrick McHaleSep 2, 20261.0I took a lady to your Borehamwood store who is 101 years young, during her visit of around 45 minutes not once was she asked would she like a cold drink or indeed anything, all you seemed to think of how much money you could grab from this lady, pathetic, although I must compliment you on the optician she is very good
- ACAnita CurranAug 29, 20265.0Nothing was too much trouble and the assistant was very helpful with the choice of my frames
- MGMarie gilliesAug 24, 20264.0Very good eye test and very thorough. I have Macular Degeneration so i have lost quite a bit of sight in my right eye, she was very nice very helpful.
