- PMPatrick McHale2 days ago1.0I took a lady to your Borehamwood store who is 101 years young, during her visit of around 45 minutes not once was she asked would she like a cold drink or indeed anything, all you seemed to think of how much money you could grab from this lady, pathetic, although I must compliment you on the optician she is very good
