  The staff on Monday 29th June 2026 effectively called their locum colleague from Sunday 28th June 2026 a liar. By that token, they also called my partner a liar. I was given a Private prescription as a matter of urgency on Sunday, the 28th of June. After having no luck at a prolific pharmacy, they suggested that I go to the Tesco pharmacy. I was working, so my partner on my behalf. After waiting more than 20 minutes to speak to someone, the extremely helpful pharmacist told him that although they didn’t currently have the medication in stock, they would order two and that they would be in stock the following afternoon. My partner saw the pharmacist input the information into the computer and they said to him to bring with the prescription the next day. Cut to the next day in the afternoon. The pharmacist claimed no such order had been put through, and said that no orders could be put through on a Sunday anyway. This Diss disputes both what my partner said and what the pharmacist did on the Sunday. I asked them to check and they said there were no labels sorted and they wouldn’t have been able to do it without a prescription anyway; but my partner did have the prescription and so did I. As well as writing this review, I am actually going to report the Pharmacy for misconduct.

  Assistant (Mariana I think her name is) is very rude. Told me she didn't have what I wanted. I pointed it out to her on the shelf behind her. No apology, smile - nothing. She threw it at me and spat out the price. Not good at all.

  Mariana is always very rude. Everyone else is lovely at this place. If anything needed in the future, will have to wait and be served by someone else.
