A few days ago I had a check up and after being tested and told that I really could do with new glasses I was very impressed by the lady who actually ‘processed ‘ my order. I explained in passing that I was hoping not to have to replace them as money was s problem at the moment. She DID NOT pressure me into having tinted glass / thinner lenses - scratch proof coating etc. It’s embarrassing when you are pressed to spend money that you don’t have and she didn’t do that. Left feeling relieved that I’d got new glasses but not a huge bill!!!!

- SMS MAug 3, 20265.0Excellent customer service from start to finish! I went in on Friday and was greeted by Stacey, who was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy and was happy to answer any questions I had. My eye test was carried out by Kizzy, who was also lovely. She was professional, put me at ease and explained everything clearly. I received a text on Monday to say my glasses were ready to collect, which was a really quick turnaround. When I arrived, Stacey was assisting customers on her own and the store was busy. Even so, she made sure to acknowledge everyone who came through the door. She briefly paused what she was doing to help me, made sure my glasses fitted properly and that I was happy with everything before getting back to her appointment. I really appreciated how calm, attentive and professional she was, especially while juggling a busy store. A big thank you to both Stacey and Kizzy. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and they're a real credit to the store. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch.
