  Over 40min to see the pharmacist with no queue. Pharmacist didn’t even bother to see us in the consultation room instead choosing to ask personal questions out in the open. A further 30min and still waiting for the meds. Appalling service!!

  Five stars. Friendly staff sorted my prescription quickly when I was unwell, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process calm, easy, and reassuring.

  On receiving a prescription from Lister Hospital after 6.00pm, I took it to the pharmacy in Tesco, Baldock. The counter assistant tried to helpful but because the consultant had not included my address on the prescription the pharmacist refused point blank to dispense urgently needed eye drops and cream. Lesson learned, get address on prescription and do not expect help from the Tesco pharmacist.

  Tesco exploit Christmas but they never celebrate it, the store in Baldock has such a prominent position and a huge facade and you won't see one decoration, or any effort made to be a part of what is a traditional British Christian community celebration. It does not go unnoticed.

  Every pharmacy seems to be the same with the queues etc however, I personally have found no issues with the service of the pharmacy.
