I was quite disappointed with my latest visit, I called in to replace my prescription sunglasses for my holiday, I chose an Oakley frame, I was astounded to hear the lenses were another £290 on top of the frames, I accept that Oakley insists on only fitting their lenses so is outside your control. I was then very surprised to find that further frames I chose wouldn't take prescription lenses, I ended up going to my car to get my previous sunglasses ( which I bought from you) re lensed, as you had stopped supplying that frame, to say I was disappointed with my visit is an understatement. On a positive note, your member of staff was wonderful, she sympathised with my predicament, she had good knowledge, very professional, and a great attitude.
