I Purchased Ray Ban bifocal glasses in this store 6 weeks ago, having had an eye test,. I got them delivered to home, therefore didn’t have them fitted, so I went into the store today to have them tightened, the service was awful! I said to her I do sometime lift them onto my head, abruptly she me told that’s not where there for ! I know that I, just saying ! Talk about being fobbed off when I asked a question. - I’m not from this store she said! So what are you doing serving the public if you cannot answer questions stop being so lazy! and unprofessional. I have a record in this opticians - she was not interested. I’m also cancelling my contact lens order, this service was unacceptable. there are other professional opticians in Inverness.

The snobby attitude of this store is a disgrace my wife when in with her 3 children within seconds of being in was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen then told he she missed the annual eye test for my son which was wrong then started mum shaming her so my wife phoned the other vision express in inverness which confirmed this was wrong information and everything is upto date. I think the attitude of the staff is appalling in this store and won't be using it again they haven't got a clue

Staff were first class and found out that the glasses that I had lost were covered by insurance ,which saved a substantial amount of money.
