  We ended up at the pharmacy inside Tesco Inshes in Inverness on Sunday after a very frustrating experience elsewhere in the same building. NHS 24 sent us there with our 3-year-old son who had suspected conjunctivitis. We drove over an hour from central Scotland to be seen at Vision Express, only to be turned away at the desk after the receptionist spoke with the optometrist. No help, no advice, nothing — despite us being sent there by NHS 24. Luckily the pharmacy in Tesco was open. A Polish pharmacist working there saw our son almost immediately. Within minutes she calmly checked his eye, confirmed it was conjunctivitis and provided the drops he needed. Simple, professional and exactly the kind of help worried parents hope to find when their small child is unwell. After a long drive and a very disappointing experience next door, her willingness to help meant a lot. Professional, kind and efficient. Thank you — you turned a stressful situation into something manageable.

  Been refused Nurofen plus this afternoon after telling pharmacist (I believe she is certified) that standard paracetamol and ibuprofen do not work on my back ache after serious injury I had when was younger, my spine is still slightly forward. I am sometimes unable to get up of my bed in the morning and need quick solution. She insists to use paracetamol and ibuprofen first (and it doesn't matter they don't work they will this time). Funny thing is that people keep buying these or co codamol and pharmacists do not even ask a question. I never felt so humiliated, and I believe she thought I was a junkie and that was the reason (hoodie, beard and slightly red face because I overheated my car. Told to get prescription for over the counter medicine on Saturday, 1st week of 2026. I don't recommend especially when red hair pharmacist is there. Stop treating people like addicts!

  Tesco is very expensive now like there competing with marks and Spencer as the prices are closer to marks + sparks than aldi ...

  Think you need to change your opening times on website in which you state 08.00 opening when I find its 09.30,it would save people an unnecessary journey thank you.
