  I approached a member of staff and politely asked if they could check my blood pressure. I was quite surprised when I was told that they “don’t do blood pressure checks.” I explained that the last time I collected my blood pressure medication, another member of staff actually offered to check my blood pressure since I take these tablets regularly. The staff member then told me that there were only two staff members working and that nobody was available to check it. What made the situation disappointing was that the pharmacy was completely quiet at the time — there were no customers waiting and nobody buying medication. As someone who takes regular blood pressure medication, I was simply hoping for a quick check, especially since it had been offered before. The interaction left me feeling quite dismissed and unsupported. It is disheartening when a simple health check that could take only a minute is refused, particularly when the pharmacy did not appear to be busy.

  They insisted I manually order my prescriptions. I have brain damage with memory loss. The months I forget- tough luck. They don’t have the item- tough luck. I ask for repeat prescriptions again- tough luck- it’s the GP’s fault. Use ANYONE ELSE

  This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used I went to collect my prescription 5 days after my doctor approved it, was told that it is Tesco policy to allow 7 days (used Tesco before and never heard that) and I must wait for a text message. 2 weeks later both myself and my partner had not received a text message and I called in to be told that we had received a message and in future they have the right to cancel our prescriptions if not collected on time. I have never been spoke to so rudely and we are in our 50s, my custom has now gone elsewhere along with my weekly shop.
