  David Lloyds is an amazing club. I had multiple personal training sessions with Martin Tang and Ben Brookes. I have always faced with lower back pain and Martin was kind to provide me guidance on which exercises I should focus on to help me with my back issues. Martin understands human anatomy very well and guides his trainee very well according to their physical condition. I also had a boxing sessions with Martin and it was really fun. Ben was very kind in getting me accustomed to the various machines available in the gym and helped me in improving my posture while working out. Ben also offers really good sports massages. The gym offers other exciting sessions like yoga, pilates, meditation.

  Just joined. The facilities are so impressive. Maria gave me the tour and answered all my questions. She made the joining process so easy and was fantastic.

  Quite disappointed They only offer one towel per person so for me and my daughter this does not work Normally I have always been offered 2 towels per person but today the person on the desk refused and said “it depends on the receptionist” We both need 2 towels as we have long hair. I am paying around 160 per month so I would expect a better service. Also very often you need to wait to be able to use the jacuzzi as there is only one and you need to wait to use the equipment

  I recently had several personal training sessions with Martin, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in his field. His in-depth knowledge of muscle anatomy and biomechanics is truly impressive, he doesn’t just put you through a workout, he explains the why behind every movement. What sets Martin apart is how he tailors each session entirely to you. He takes the time to assess your needs, adjust exercises accordingly, and correct your form with precision and patience. The boxing session was a personal highlight, dynamic, fun, and incredibly well-structured. If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress, Martin is the one. Highly recommended!

  My experience training with Summer has been extremely positive. From our very first session, she took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and tailored her approach accordingly. I really appreciated that she also researched my medical condition in advance, ensuring that all exercises were safe and appropriate for me. During sessions, Summer is consistently attentive and supportive. She regularly checks in to make sure I’m not in pain and adapts exercises when needed. Her ability to motivate while also providing positive, constructive feedback has made a big difference to my confidence. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to technique, often spotting and correcting my form during lifts to ensure I’m training safely and effectively. Thanks to her guidance, I now feel much more confident using a variety of gym equipment and understanding how to train properly. What stands out most is her balanced approach to progression. She encourages me to improve and challenge myself, but also recognises when I’m struggling and adjusts the pace rather than pushing too hard. Summer is friendly, approachable, and a great listener. She genuinely cares about my progress and has played a key role in building both my confidence and consistency in the gym. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable personal trainer.
