I had an appointment booked for mid-morning and received a phone call from a woman admin. assistant changing it to midday, which would leave me on a wing and a prayer to get a taxi home, as they are busy with school runs 1-4pm. She insisted that I would be able to book a taxi during those hours, although as someone dependent on taxis I know better, treated me like a simpleton, and booked the appointment, which I now have to cancel. A bit of respect for their customers/patients would not go amiss. Since writing this review the manager and staff at Vision Express have gone to great lengths to rectify the problems I was having with my appointment, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention I was given, and I came away reassured that my ongoing eye problems were in safe hands. What I experienced initially was obviously a blip in their normally high standards.

It’s gave me a huge boost of confidence after feeling nervous getting glasses for the first time and not knowing what would suit my face and style! I’m so grateful to Edith for knowing her stuff and making me feel good! Chika was great walking me through the process and made me feel super at ease!
