  My 91 mum bought expensive hearing aids having been promised good aftercare. At first this was there, but now only someone available once a week, so hard to get an appointment . Very disappointing Boots haven’t recruited a new audiologist.

  Please don’t expect to see anyone for an appt. My mum has had her appointment cancelled 5 times! This morning she had an appointment, only for it to be cancelled for the 5th time! Offered a new appointment for tomorrow - only to receive a text to say this is now cancelled. Boots are happy to take the £2K for hearing aids then think it’s ok to offer no forward customer care. Absolutely disgusting & worst is ‘no one cares’ …. My advice go to somewhere you will get the right customer care.
