  Inconsistent Care and Lack of Support When Needed Most I’ve had very mixed experiences with this Tesco Pharmacy. On a previous visit when I was extremely unwell, one of the staff members was kind, attentive, and went out of her way to recommend stronger medication that genuinely helped. I left feeling cared for and supported. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the complete opposite. I returned while feeling very unwell again, hoping for similar guidance, but the staff member assisting me seemed unsure and had to ask her manager. The manager’s attitude came across as cold and dismissive, with little effort to understand my situation. What was most frustrating was being told they couldn’t recommend anything at all and being advised to contact my GP instead. I understand there are limits to what can be provided, but I was struggling with severe coughing and simply asked for something to help me sleep at night. Even then, there was no attempt to suggest any alternatives or offer basic advice. The lack of empathy and support in that moment was very disappointing, especially compared to the care I received previously. It left me feeling dismissed and reluctant to return. I also can’t help but question whether being in my Tesco uniform affected how I was treated, as the difference in service was quite noticeable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as patients rely on pharmacies not just for medication, but for guidance and reassurance when they are unwell.

  Fantastic service . They went out of their way to offer help and advice despite being fairly busy . Vastly improved recently.

  Notifies you when your prescription is ready, even gets it ready for you if it's not ready instead of telling you to come back another time. Really good stuff.

  Always a que, staff are grumpy, and you often get told you can't get your medication because the pharmacist hasn't turned up yet.
