Rude, no discretion, naturally defensive, un compassionate and toxic. Unprofessional!

My prescriptions are always ready for me, very friendly staff. Asked for advice today on dressings for my leg, given great advice and managed to buy everything I needed at a really good price. Cannot thank them enough for their help and support over the years.

Would refuse to serve me my heart medication because they closed 15 minutes ago (4pm) even though google opening hours says till 6 on bank holidays. All staff were standing there so they could have just given me my tablets. This is unacceptable and an absolute joke. Now on the phone to 111 wasting their precious time getting an emergency prescription so my health isn’t affected by the staff’s incompetency.

Absolutely no concept of customer service. Tried on three occasions to buy an off the shelf medicine but no one was prepared to come to the counter inspite of the fact that there were more the three people working there, hiding round the back. Why are these people still employed?
