  Staff always late queues are long. Staff have no urgency once they come in late.

  Always have to wait ages for prescription even when only person there only one member of staff to cope with everyone and always verry slow Would recommend going elsewhere

  3 times now i have been told that they don't have my medication in stock and to take my prescription and phone up local pharmacys to see if they have it. if you are on any medication that you withdraw from (i.e antidepressants etc) do not choose this pharmacy as you will be let down repeatedly

  Under staffed leaving people in line for more than 30 mins without any communication for why there is a delay absolutely terrible service

  Service from Tesco pharmacy has declined in recent months. For almost a year In would not get a text message and quite often when I went to collect my prescriptions I would be asked if I had a text, if not I was told to go home and come back once a text was sent to me leaving me without medication. It has been frustrating as some staff were ve ry helpful and some just couldn't be bothered and couldn't care less about the impact of not having medications. Today I went to collect the prescription and had to wait nearly two hours. My daughter also on same medication didn't get hers despite ordering before the new year and having confirmation on the prescription sent 27/12/2025. We were told it might get here by Monday
