Will base this review on the swimming facilities only.
Free parking for upto 4 hours. Plenty of ample parking.
The venue itself is well maintained, cleaned regularly and has plenty to do. There is a Costa coffee, with soft play located on middle floor with a viewing area over the pool. Ideal for parents/grandparents who don't want to go swimming but can still keep a watch from afar. They operate a timed system with coloured wristbands so ensure people are in and out of pools at correct time.
Pool itself is brilliant, has a paddling pool for little ones, shallow area for those learning, splash zones, jacuzzi, slide and main pool with Rapids area. There is also plenty of lifeguards on duty for safety as the pool itself is largely popular.
The shower, lockers area again is well kept, with staff regularly sweeping up. Lots of family rooms, so larger than average cubicles and a hairdryer area for those that need to dry there hair.
Overall I'd highly recommend, which my local area had a venue like this in close proximity of where I live!
Very good Swimming area and lots of things to do, but they should add another slide to make it more fun.

The cleanliness and hygiene is absolutely disgusting, I can't believe they haven't had a health and safety inspection, it is that dirty.
We tool our 8 month old baby and the family changing rooms are just so dirty.
Such a shame as the pool is such a nice layout.

A great time with the little one (5yrs old). Plenty of time spent going round the rapids or using the slides, which haven't changed in what feels like 30 years. Easy way of burning a child's energy. The only reason it's not 5* is the changing rooms are pokey and the showers feel randomly placed, I would recommend coming in swim costumes, and having a rince, before heading home to wash, save yourself time and a cold shower.
