  Very disappointing experience I was very disappointed with my experience with the prescriber. I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or dealt with, and I was not happy with the way my medication was handled. I expected better communication and care. I hope the service can improve in the future . The prescriber did not let me finish explaining my situation. He kept repeating, “How can I help?” instead of listening to what I was trying to explain. was referred through NHS 111, but when I tried to explain this, without allowing me to finish speaking. He told me that being referred by NHS 111 was not a guarantee that I would receive a prescription

  I have used this pharmacy for 6 years without complaints. The last two visits were horrendous, all because of a (new?) lady that know nothing about good customer service. Her attitude is nothing but patronising and rude. In addition, they take 2-3 days to prepare prescriptions lately. You receive confirmation from the NHS that the prescription has been dispensed on Sunday, yet they only dispensed the medicine Thursday afternoon! And this for diabetic medicine. We visited on Wednesday to eventually ask nicely and were turned away. We visited again on Thurday and was chased away rather rudely by this lady. Will not be going there again, that's for sure.

  Very nice staff. The pharmacist I meet here took her time to address my concerns. Very pleased.

  Absolute waste of time. Must be deaf, as never pick up the phone. When I've arrived in person, 4 members of staff are literally right next to phone completely disregarding customer enquiries. To top it off they never have stock in and have to order it in. This takes 2-3 working days. Honestly the most useless pharmacy in Portsmouth. Do not use.
