- KLK Ltoday1.0Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here recently, which is a shame as I've been going here for years with no problems. First they ordered the incorrect frames, then it turned out they had also got my prescription wrong so then I had to wait even longer to get the correct frames AND correct lenses. I also got some sunglasses, and when I collected them it turns out were the display frames which I was not told when I ordered them. A few months after this, my daughter's glasses broke. I called them and was told they would fix them free of charge on the NHS. I then went into the store and after multiple staff wasted over an hour of my time they said they would charge £140+ to replace just the lenses, which is outrageous as that is more than my designer frames and lenses cost in total. As she is under 16, this should have been covered under the NHS, but they refused to do so. I will not be returning to Vision Express and my family and I will take our business elsewhere.
