The team made my visit extremely comfortable by their actions. They responded to my limited mobility incredibly well hence, I was able to benefit from the equipment they wanted to use giving me a full eye test. The outcome of their time was a very comprehensive eye test which I was extremely grateful for having had recently eye surgery. Many thanks to all the team in this particular branch and I only apologise for not being able to mention them by first names :-(.

Excellent service. No waiting. Took the time to establish my needs. Left me to explore the vast stock of frames without being pressured, but were on hand to answer any questions. I strongly recommend this branch but i am sure other branches of Vision Express are equally as professional.

I had an excellent experience with my contact lens review. Special thanks to Priyanka. I really felt listened to and she has advocated for more support from my GP. I really appreciated it.

Basingstoke branch unable to give me copy of my prescription as said was out of date even though I had eyes tested earlier this year in Cardigan branch. Yet Cardigan branch could get my prescription details up when they done the check up but Basingstoke can't - Great Service ....... NOT
