  Went to Tesco Pharmacy today.Didn’t open on Time and then to be told we can’t be served as there was no Pharmacist.You must have known this before.You could see the Queue and waited for a While before even telling people.I suggest you have a Pharmacist first. People couldn’t get anything from behind the Counter either. because guess what no Pharmacist.It is absolutely shocking. What if someone needed Live saving Medication .

  Absolutely rude pharmacist. I went to pick up my prescription. On hand over, the pharmacist I suppose she was as she was wearing a blazer and not the Tesco uniform, she said “I’ll give you this one over the counter instead. I said, why? She replied because it’s cheaper. At which point I said, no, I’ll have what my doctor prescribed me. She continued to be so so rude, and say that she’s thankful for me teaching her that these two are not the same products. I attempted to pay and she continued… “fine, pay more, if you don’t want the cheapest one” I said to her that I wish to buy what my GP has prescribed exactly. Very very rude!!! I don’t mind a suggestion, and if it was something different maybe I would have accepted, but to be told off for how I chose to spend my money… this is absolutely disgraceful behaviour!

  Came here from Winchester Hospital. Dental treatment i needed prescription of antibiotics. Stood with stitches in mouth swollen gums to be told its going to be atleast Half an Hour wait. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

  Approached the pharmacy asking for medication without prescription (asthmatic) was instructed that I would have to call 111 to get a referral and they can provide inhalers. Did exactly that and then they changed their tune and said no, asking if it was on a repeat prescription, I said no because it isn't, and he said you now have to call 111 and get a doctor to send a prescription, decided to not apologise for the confusing or wasting my time and doubled down to argue with me, saying they are "following process". Weird that the process is to call 111 twice and ask for 2 different things but Ok... Got the prescription sent to the pharmacy around 11am but couldn't return until 6pm as I was busy. The prescription still wasn't ready 7 hours later and I'm currently waiting "15-20" minutes for them to put a box in a bag while I stare at a long queue watching the staff chat.

  Just dreadful as always. 4 staff, long queue, heads down and ignore customers. Usual miserable, grumpy women eventually deigns to serve. Commences search then tells customer the ‘script isn’t ready, come back in 10 mins. Disappears round the back for a chat, studiously avoids eye contact with the ever growing queue. Just don’t understand why it’s like this. Forced to go there for urgent pain control medication. Think I’d rather suck up the pain and wait until my pharmacy is open. Seriously avoid this place!
