Absolutely discusting service today when pre submitting emergency presciption to this location via nhs app. Pharmasist stated " this is not an emergency, you need to go to your doctors to ask for this" Even though I have used this location once before last year without any issues. These are meds i take for heart & blood thinning!!! I will run out tomorrow, having already submitted prescription via nhs app to my surgery that would not be ready to pick up before travelling tomorrow. UNBELEIVABLE!!!

Absolutely shocking place. I waited 1hr 30 mins for a prescription. I was messed around and then made out to be a liar by the pharmacist

Closes at seven on a Saturday. We turned up about five thirty, and they were closed. Presumably they just couldn't be bothered. Have to wait till Monday to get my prescription now.

May 4th 2026, it was clearly stated on the Tesco website and on Google that the pharmacy was open until 6pm, barely anywhere else available as it was a bank holiday. Travelled 20 mins to get there to find a hand written board saying that they'd closed at 4pm and I had arrived shortly after. The staff don't really seem to think that enormous queues are their problem or responsibility, never does anyone else come from hiding out back to support the poor person struggling through. Had to take my prescriptions out of there due to this, there is no need to wait 15 - 25 mins every single time you go, there are many more efficient pharmacies around, stick with independent places these large companies have forgotten the importance of good customer service, the bank holiday error is just another example of lack of care
