Our aim is to provide a friendly environment to encourage and support individuals of all abilities to enjoy exercise and achieve their fitness goals. We are really proud of the atmosphere we have developed and when you join The Heath Gym, you will also become a friend of The Heath community. Once you become a member we will work together to develop a specific training programme to make your fitness goals a reality.
