Horrible customer service went up to ask a question after they just closed while they were all still at the desk talking I was told they’re closing and I said I just wanted to ask a question meaning a 20 second conversation and some woman hid round the corner and shouted no piss off so I stood there for a bit in disbelief and the man next to her said if it’s quick what is it I asked if I could take a certain meds in my condition and he answered me. that rude thing that hid behind the wall needs to be careful who she’s talking to because if I wasn’t 7 months pregnant it could’ve gone a lot worse for her. Absolutely disgraceful I will be taking this further and sharing my experience hopefully everybody starts to use boots pharmacy instead.

Thank you Kerry and the physician for being patient and understanding, and quickly solving the problem of supply and quantity, while dealing with with a Friday evening queue.

Lovely people, thoroughly over-worked during lockdown (as you’d expect) but you can see they try hard for people. However massive queues/waiting times make it hard to endure. But for me it’s the fact I need my meds, and they don’t answer the phone!!!
