  Thank you Kerry and the physician for being patient and understanding, and quickly solving the problem of supply and quantity, while dealing with with a Friday evening queue.

  A brusk pharmacist with no interest in being of help. Conversely Rollands in Holyhead , Boots Holyhead, Llangefni and Caernarfon were really helpful and seemed like they wanted to help.

  Huge queue and painfully slow service. Basic items always out of stock, such as hydrocortisone cream. It would be acceptable if it was an occasional thing but the last three attempts I have made to obtain some have resulted in the same response of “Sorry, we are waiting on a delivery.” Staff are helpful and friendly, no problems there, but the general running of the pharmacy falls short.

  Lovely people, thoroughly over-worked during lockdown (as you’d expect) but you can see they try hard for people. However massive queues/waiting times make it hard to endure. But for me it’s the fact I need my meds, and they don’t answer the phone!!!
