Please can I ask why my father’s flu vaccination it has been cancelled at such late notice as it was booked over a week ago and I received a reminder email yesterday. I am disappointed - that you offer a service and we have arrange transport to get my father to you and approx 30 mins before his appointment you cancel. Very poor service, especially as flu is very present in the community and hospitals at the moment.

So not worth the time going there, they never have anything in stock (prescribed or over the counter) especially when it comes to kids medication. Not helpful at all!

Very good service at this pharmacy with helpful assistants that always do their best! Very difficult for them as they serve a lot people that are not always appreciative of what they do!

Fantastic pharmacy with some of the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever met. Sometimes there is a short wait but that's acceptable when they are so efficient. Other pharmacies in Stroud have made me wait over a week for an urgent prescription and then had to que for an hour when collecting. Would recommend this pharmacy above all others in Stroud.
