    I was seen for my hearing test. Very professional. I was given the results. Offered hearing aids but have declined at tge moment. I was also advised I should chat to my GP around a ear problem as well as an option for the NHS assistance for hearing aids

    My mum had an appointment today and the man she had the appointment with was so racist and rude. This is so disappointing for boots to have such mean employees. We would never come back again or recommend it to anyone.
