  I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after the service I received from Sal, the manager at Vision Express Gloucester Eastgate Street. As a first-time glasses buyer, I was feeling unsure and was actually about to leave without making a purchase. Sal took the time to sit down with me, explain my options clearly, and help me find a pair I felt confident with. He was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond to help. The staff in store were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the whole experience was a really positive one. it is clear that the excellent customer service I received was reflected throughout the team. A great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

  Appointment time 1220. I arrived in the store at 1219...approached staff member number 1. I was told too wait, someone would call me. Approached staff member no 2 ....told me she was busy and would get back to me. Then approached staff member no 3....who informed me that I was 12 minutes late for my appointment....explained that I had been waiting as directed . No eye exam done. Thought I would give Vision Express a go but that is the last time they will see me ! Appalling customer service !!!

  Exceptional service, everything from eye examination and right through to support with choosing the right glasses. The customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Vision Express in Gloucester city centre for all of your visual requirements.

  Mohamed the manager was amazing, the way how he approaches customers & deals with them is top including the guy who did my eye test was a pro, he explained everything to me professionally👌, forgot to mention the place is brilliant, the set up inside is world class.

  I visited vision express on eastgate Street gloucester for my appointment on 28th of May 20226 and was greeted well and warmly by the staff. My eye test was prompt and done thoroughly and afterwards I was seen to by a guy by the name of Kieron Collier who was to be honest,brilliant in my opinion,professional,courteous and releaxed too and also had very good knowledge of all the products in store and more,gave me all the information and time to make my choices for my new glasses and sunglasses so thank you to him for helping me out,it was very much appreciated and would like to nominate him (Kieron Collier) for a top staff member,thank you.
