The whole eye test i felt relaxed and was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend Vision Express as the clinic to go to. Thank you all

Smooth setup for my contact lens scheme and benefitted from 50% discount on glasses due to it. Contact lenses have arrived within 3 days. Excellent service, felt personal rather than just another number.

After my test, I was told to look at glasses and someone would be over to help me shortly. I waited 15 mins, watched 2 people come in off the street (one wanted sunglasses, the other wanted a change of frames) and both got served before me. I only had an hour to spare, so couldn't wait any longer. After queuing another 10mins just to pay for my eye test, I left. I now have to come back to sort my lenses and frames out, which is a real nuisance, as I live 40 mins away. I'm considering taking my prescription elsewhere.
