  Excellent facilities, superb spa, great staff and generally lovely people.... Decent menu. Toilets really need sorting out to given the membership price

  I cancelled my membership within the 14-day cancellation period, never used the facilities, and was told I’d receive a full refund of my first month and sign-up fee within 5 days. It’s now been 3 weeks with no refund. We’ve repeatedly called with no answer, and our emails have also been completely ignored. Really disappointing from a company like David Lloyd. We simply want the refund that was promised and some basic communication.

  Great place, I’m there once or twice a week. Staff friendly, facilities are clean and well maintained.

  Went on a visitors pass … Very clean , staff friendly, fabulous gym and plenty going on… However…. For one of the best premium David Lloyd centers it lacked the premium, exclusive bit, unless you had small children that you wanted to ignore!! The outside pool was rammed with small children and the inside spa wasn’t anything to rave about The inside pool was quiet and a nicer experience but, overall, it felt too busy for me to spend the £’s as a member each month. Bit of an exclusive McDonalds - come yummy mummy - I have the money to ignore my children in an environment that I can, sort of a place! Sorry but not for me very sadly 😢

  Excellent gym and spa facilities, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. A special mention to Jon, the manager, who helped resolve a membership issue for my son this evening. He handled everything calmly, professionally and fairly, and we really appreciated the way he dealt with it. Chris in the spa was also absolutely brilliant tonight and is a real credit to the team. Sherien, my PT, has put together a tailored programme to help strengthen my back and, just as importantly, has given me much more confidence in the gym. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging and a real asset to the gym team. Reception are always friendly, helpful and happy to assist too. The facilities are excellent, but for me the staff are the real asset they make a very good gym feel genuinely welcoming and well run
