  I needed to exchange my glasses and found Tracie to be incredibly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to sort a complication with the system to ensure I was able to get the glasses I wanted for the right price. Wonderful service!

  Lovely place to get tested. Checked online and no appointments in Gloucester until August. Cheltenham gave me an appointment the next day! Three lovely ladies - including one young lady whose first day it was - got the prelim stuff done before I saw the optician. Following that the ladies again got me sorted out with new specs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and Ive. Never said that about an opticians appointment before! :) In conclusion, a lovely shop with a great atmosphere that I would definitely recommend!

  Very disappointed with the deceptive timescales quoted. Was told 10 day turnaround, but 21 working days later I had to come in to be told they won't be available for another 10 days! The whole reason I came to Vision Express was convenience and quick turnaround. I've learnt my lesson: don't go to Vision Express. Refund will be requested once I have obtained a suitable replacement. Only reason they got 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the lady I dealt with. She was apologetic and sympathetic, but of course couldn't do anything about production.

  Google and the shop sign says you CLOSE at 17:30, came in at 17:20 and the shop was in darkness. Asked the lady if they were still open and she said no. I asked why it said they close at 17:30 and she said that's because that's when they go home, and they actually close at 17:15?? What??
