  I needed to exchange my glasses and found Tracie to be incredibly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to sort a complication with the system to ensure I was able to get the glasses I wanted for the right price. Wonderful service!

  Lovely place to get tested. Checked online and no appointments in Gloucester until August. Cheltenham gave me an appointment the next day! Three lovely ladies - including one young lady whose first day it was - got the prelim stuff done before I saw the optician. Following that the ladies again got me sorted out with new specs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and Ive. Never said that about an opticians appointment before! :) In conclusion, a lovely shop with a great atmosphere that I would definitely recommend!

  had an eye appointment booked, was 5 mins late (only because I had helped an old lady with her shopping) and they refused to do my eye test Not great, as I had taken time off work, tried to help someone, and then the person ate the corner of vision express was rude to me and said it was my fault I was late

  Had an appointment booked and was awaiting a call back to book one for my daughter too, but received no call back. When arriving for my appointment I asked about my daughters appointment they never called back and they proceeded to tell me I had given them the wrong number, I only have one how can I give them the wrong one but the lady was having none of it insisting I must of enetered the wrong one. After the examination etc I had a text to say glasses were ready for collection looked online to see its open 10-4 on sundays went there today and low an behold all closed
