  The best pharmacy in Cheltenham they are so helpful and so quick with your prescriptions can't thank them enough they all deserve one big thank you

  Staff very knowledgable and helpful, staff member very helpful when there was a query with the dose from the hospital for one of my mother's medications.

  I have been told off by a member of staff today. I had to join in a conversation between my husband and the staff- just to add a detail. He told us to talk one by one. The software programme this particular pharmacy using is not properly automated obviously since some of my personal details shows up on my side but does not come up on pharmacy’s as we checked with another member of staff. - we also been told off another time- he said why did you come to store if you did not provide all the details. This is a personal discourse problem. This person is simply rude, not happy to welcome customers. The moment I arrived he was extremly direct and unfriendly , talking with an unpleasant look on his face . I should not have asked for any service. Never again. Happy with my Morrisons pharmacy. Recommendation if you value customer feedback. Not everyone can work with/ for people.please take this into account. Not all the surgeries are listed in your system please check your software systems.
