My requirements were slightly complicated as I was swapping from single vision to varifocal and also getting existing prescription Ray Ban sunglasses re-glazed in one lens but Salim (the manager i think?) couldn't do enough to help me, very ably assisted by Yas. I have been a Vision Express customer from the very first day i needed glasses (18+ years) and the staff are always excellent but these two gents were excellent and an absolute credit to the company. Kieron and the whole team were absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The eye test was very thorough and everything was explained clearly in a way that made the whole process easy and stress-free. We didn’t end up choosing glasses on this visit, but honestly the experience was so good that we’ll definitely be coming back very soon to do so. Great service, great atmosphere, and a really professional team—highly recommended!

In the shop, Hassa questioned to understand my concern and eye health history. Hassa was friendly and very professional. He did a few tests and explained what he suspected. Hassa called in a senior consultant who checked and confirmed all was right and continued to reassure me of what I needed to do. Hassa then booked a further appointment to check progress. Thank you for the very fast response and urgent appointment. Excellent service and my problem is improving. 😊
