  If you’re needing help don’t go looking here. You will get a “No” for pretty much anything. First aid will be on the shelves in the store, but not great even then. I’d go to a different pharmacy in another large superstore of a different name if I were you.

  Booked appointment on the app to have private consultation to get some antibiotics which service they offer. Arived for an appointment 10.20 10 minutes before appointment and checked with reception what i have to do as it was first time using this service, rude pharmacist said he can't see me at my booked time as he has something else to do i asked how then posible i booking appointment waisting my time dqryve there taking time go from work and beeing told he can't see for booked appointment and come back later. Back at work, made complain through customer service and 4 hours later bit after 2pm received very impatient 2 phone calls from mobile phone number which same pharmacist was calling not to say sorry but to say he received complain and the same staff he said at the pharmacy and that he can see me now. Very disappointed in this service and especially pharmacist Ramesh. Avoid if you can, rude and lack of costumers skills

  I received a text saying my prescription was ready to collect but when I went to pick it up the pharmacist said it wasn't ready and to come back another day. I waited almost a week (to the last day of my medication) and hadn't heard anything so I went back. The pharmacist said they've run out of my medication and handed me back my prescription. They've had my prescription for over a week and have made no attempt to contact me. Now I'm running around trying to find a pharmacy that can fill my prescription last minute but I'll be without essential medication for at least a few days. The pharmacist did not apologise, offer to help in any way, and was very rude.

  Awful pharmacy with no basic customer service. The pharmacist was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I was alone with my unwell children, including a baby, while my husband was away on military duty. There is no clear waiting or pickup system, which creates chaos and frustration. Knowing that prescriptions usually take some time, I went grocery shopping so my kids wouldn’t get upset waiting. After returning, I stood in line and requested the prescription. The pharmacist told me it would take 40 minutes.After some time I returned only to find a long line and no designated area for prescription pickup. When I tried to ask a simple question, I was ignored by the pharmacist. To make matters worse, another customer physically pushed past me, accusing me of cutting in line, even though I had already submitted my prescription. The staff did nothing to manage the situation. Between the poor system, lack of respect, and rude behavior from both staff and customers, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. This pharmacy seriously needs better training, clearer procedures, and basic courtesy toward customers—especially parents with young children.

  Great to encounter a horrible pharmacist who discriminates against people suffering from their mental health when collecting their mental health medication! I would avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle encountering people so cruel !
