Vision Express staff whom work at St Rollox Glasgow were exceptional, absolutely the most friendly people are all in store their professional polite approach made me feel most welcome as as valued customer. Having my eye test there was very good, all steps regarding the test and during the test were patiently explained to me ,recommendations were also explained in great detail for my understanding, the staff never made me feel uneasy, they made me feel very much at ease, giving time to decide and proccess the way forwards with my test. I was offered the opportunity for the option to check futher into my eyes ,clearly explaining the benefit of this. I chose to accept this offer for very small fee ,I am grateful i did this helps to keep very accurate and up-to-date health of my eyes . I will re visit next year as recommended by visions express staff member for tracking slight pressure behind eyes Thankyou All at Vision Express StRolox Glasgow
